Service Description

This course is suitable for all long-range shooters, regardless of their level of experience. The course covers the following topics: - Shooting position, weapon, and optics adjustment. - Basic external ballistics, with a special focus on the variables that affect the projectile from the moment it leaves the muzzle to when it hits the target, up to 600 meters. - Practical shooting techniques from 100 meters to 600 meters. - Effective use of a logbook to record shooting sessions, including the purpose of logging and methods to achieve the best results. - Wind assessment, evaluating wind strength and direction, correcting for wind drift, and strategies for handling variable winds. Course participants will be guided by our competent instructors throughout the entire course. After the course the shooter should have the knowledge and skils to be able to engage targets out to 500m. The shooter should also have a basic ballistic chart for bullet drop and wind. Administratively: The course will be held in Norwegian, but English speaking participants are welcome, we will adapt accordingly. Ammunition requirement: 80 rounds per shooter. Each participant must arrange accommodation independently. Lunch, snacks, coffee/tea are included in the course; however, participants must cover breakfast and dinner expenses themselves.
